MOZART Prague Symphony
The UK premiere of ZELENKA Missa Divi Xaverii

The first UK opportunity to hear this recently discovered work and to delight in the dazzling and glorious music of "The Dresden Bach".
A contemporary of J S Bach, Zelenka was born near Prague and spent much of his working life in Dresden. In recent decades, efforts have been made to produce performing editions of his choral works, including this Mass setting for the feast of St Xavier, which was finally published in 2016.
